Steffi Lehnhardt and Maria Koch work together on equal terms as a management team. They work together on conceptual ideas and are jointly responsible for project development and quality assurance.

In addition, Ms. Lehnhardt has the primary responsibility for the human resources and finance departments. Ms. Koch is mainly responsible for public relations, advocacy and committees.
